As a results-driven leader focused on clients and employees, Nicole’s experience encompasses from compliance and ethics, budgeting, financial operations, financial planning and analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions for multi-billion-dollar divisions. She is a sought-after business partner adept at building and managing collaborative and innovative teams. She is proficient in developing and implementing strategic recommendations that drive growth and enhance financial performance.

As an experienced and influential financial executive and business leader, Nicole has strong business acumen and has leadership experience with strategic planning, new product development and marketing strategy, risk-management and compliance, acquisition integration, business development, and leading global off-shore teams, in addition to financial expertise.                                                                                                                             

Board Experience

Nicole has served on the Executive Board of the Boys Scouts of America Three Harbors Council, as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. She also served for several years both as Finance Chair of the St. Eugene’s School Board and as a member of the UPAF Finance Committee. She is a member of Tempo Milwaukee, for which she has previously served as an Executive Board member and Treasurer.

She is a current member of Milwaukee Women inc and the FIS campaign chair for the United Performing Arts Foundation.

Professional Summary

Nicole has been a member of the FIS team since 2005, having joined through the acquisition of Metavante.  FIS is the world’s largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions with a focus on the financial world.

Nicole brings over twenty years of financial management experience and has had progressing leadership roles throughout her career in financial technology, media, and the healthcare industries.

During her tenure at FIS, she has financially led global retail and institutional banking business groups in addition to wealth and asset management businesses, inclusive of software, consulting, and outsourced products.  She serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Trust companies and serves as a board advisor as needed.

Nicole has an MBA in finance.
