Nicole is an expert in navigating complex regulatory environments, with experience overseeing a $300 million P&L, and spearheading transformative initiatives across M&A, data analytics, and AI-driven product innovation. She's a respected board contributor, known for providing insight on organizational strategy, risk management, growth, and operational excellence. She's highly skilled in building and leading diverse, high-performing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering relationships with regulators, clients, and stakeholders. Board Experience

Nicole has served on the Executive Board of Milwaukee Women inc.  She has also served on the Executive Board of the Boys Scouts of America Three Harbors Council, as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee. Her additional board service includes serving as the Finance Chair of the St. Eugene’s School Board and as a member of the UPAF Finance Committee. She is a member of Tempo Milwaukee, for which she has previously served as an Executive Board member and Treasurer.  She remains an active member of Milwaukee Women inc.

Professional Summary

Nicole brings years of business and P&L leadership expertise as well as nearly thirty years of financial management experience. She has had progressing leadership roles throughout her career in financial technology, media, and the healthcare industries.

During her tenure at FIS, she financially led global retail and institutional banking business groups in addition to wealth and asset management businesses, inclusive of software, consulting, and outsourced products.  She has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Trust and advised the board as needed.

As SVP, and Head of Regional Banking at FIS, Nicole used her deep knowledge of banking, financial operations, and M&A to expand and optimize solutions for clients, responsibly leveraging AI capabilities.  

Nicole has an MBA and a degree in finance.
