Lisa Pendergast has more than thirty years of experience in financial and accounting roles in various organizations, including her current position as Vice President Treasurer and Investments at MGIC, a private mortgage insurance company listed on the NYSE. Her experiences have included Treasury, Fixed Income Investments, Audit, Executive Compensation and International Finance. She is the Executive Sponsor of MGIC’s first Employee Resource Group, and is the Chair of the TEMPO Women’s Affinity Alliance.

Current: Retired Vice President Treasurer and Investments at MGIC, an NYSE-listed private mortgage insurance company, where she was responsible for the oversight of the $5 billion investment portfolio, oversight of the investments in the benefit plans including pension, profit sharing and the 401K plan. Responsible for the capital markets, treasury and payroll activities. Prior experience includes several financial roles including International Finance Manager, Treasury Manager, and Human Resources manager where she was primarily focused on Executive Compensation activities.
