As a C-suite executive for MillerCoors $10B business, Kelly helped build the business, mitigate risk, and manage relationships with distributors, competitive joint venture partners, vendors, state regulatory bodies, and employees both in the home office and on the factory floor. She served as the Board Secretary for the MillerCoors joint venture and as a board member of HOP Valley Brewing Company. Her board service includes nine boards, both for profit and not for profit. As the guardian of a highly regulated business, she also had oversight responsibilities for the company’s security, real estate and for crisis management. As a member of the senior level team, she built strategies and found creative ways to protect the firm in aggressive advertising campaigns, while maintaining the brands integrity, safeguarding intellectual property, and launching new products. As CLO she guided the company and reported to the Molson Coors board on a variety of litigation, risk, reputational and ethical issues and product distribution.
