As a C-suite executive for MillerCoors $10B business, Kelly helped build the business, mitigate risk, and manage relationships with distributors, competitive joint venture partners, vendors, state regulatory bodies, and employees both in the home office and on the factory floor. She served as the Board Secretary for the MillerCoors joint venture and as a board member of HOP Valley Brewing Company. Her board service includes nine boards, both for profit and not for profit.
