Tammie Miller is a Founder and Managing Director at TKO Miller, LLC, a Milwaukee-based M&A advisory firm specializing in assisting family and founder-owned businesses.  Tammie is a thought leader in the finance industry and actively writes blog posts and white papers on investment banking.  In addition, she hosts and produces a podcast on mergers and acquisitions and has been a frequent podcast guest including Private Equity Fast Pitch.  Her articles have been featured in many publications including Mergers & Acquisitions magazine and Divestopedia.  As a founder, Tammie has experience in all parts of running a business including marketing, sales, human resources, and IT.  As an advisor to thousands of businesses over the 35 years she has been in investment banking, she has become familiar with many types of companies and the different challenges they face. She has provided transaction leadership for very large Fortune 500 clients and family-owned businesses in the lower middle market. Tammie is an experienced executive and business owner/founder.  Her experience includes financial management, transaction advisory work, as well as manufacturing, insurance, health care, retail, and consumer products.  Tammie is a sought-after speaker and often presents to industry associations on the state of the market and valuations.  Tammie has previously served on several non-profit Boards including the MACC Fund, Walkers Point Youth and Family Center, and the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center.  She currently serves as a Board member for Catholic Memorial High School, where she is very active on the marketing, finance and athletic committees in addition to her general Board duties.  She is an independent board member for Nelson Container, a family-owned packaging company based in Germantown, WI, and Board Chairperson for gThankYou, an employee engagement company based in Madison, WI.
